Packing for Paris in the Summer

While we were in Paris, the weather was great—we had sunny, clear days the whole time we were there until the day we left and it rained. I ended packing so many outfits. At the time when you’re packing, you think “Oh, I’ll need this and this, and I should probably pack this just in case, and I should pack this as a back-up to my back-up.” But when it came down to it, I didn’t even end up using half of the clothes I packed in my suitcase. Here is a list of what I packed and I’ll include pictures of what I wore on each of the days.

So most of my inspiration came from this packing list. It is important to bring clothes for when it is hot, cold, and rainy. Paris is not somewhere where you should wear short jean shorts and tank tops— you will stand out. The style in Paris is very classy; think, Audrey Hepburn style or “preppy” style.
